Our Story

VOYADI (voi-yuh-dee) means "voyage" + "friends"

In 2017, Benny Xian and Betty Ban launched Voyadi with a simple idea to help travelers get the most experience out of their travel in foreign countries.  As immigrants from China, we understand first hand how challenging it could be to travel in United States even though we are fluent in English. It is even more challenging for people traveling to China without speaking native Chinese.   While some of us loves the challenge of figuring out everything on our own, we realize it would be far more enriching to go beyond the basics and to travel with a greater purpose.  

What does it means to travel with a greater purpose?  To us, it means thoughtful and conscious traveling.   As global travelers, we can help to make an impact to local communities while seeking out unique authentic experiences, connecting with amazing people, and learning from our network of expert insiders.   We love serendipity, people, and authentic human experiences.   At Voyadi, we are bringing together a community of passionate people who share the same passions in traveling and experiencing the world.
