What makes it a Voyadi Spot?
The history, the architecture, and the story surrounding Pompeii is just incredible! The entire city was buried in a layer of ash and lava from the eruption of Vesuvius in 74 A.D. The thick layer of volcanic material solidified into extremely hard stone. It is as if the whole city was frozen instantly in time for 1,500 years until it was discovered in 1599. The objects that lay beneath the city have been preserved for more than a millennium because of the lack of air and moisture.
